If you found the perfect house, but then discovered that one or more of the previous owners were murdered in the house, would you still take the house, or run away as fast as you can?

I think it would be awesome living in a murder house having a dark history would be really intriguing imo. I love paranormal stuff, so I wouldn't mind the possibility of a little scary activity. I lived in a haunted house when I was younger and I wish I would've done a little something with it. Also, I'd probably get a good deal on the house

Note: it isn't guaranteed that there would be any paranormal activity in the house. It could be like any other house, some demonic ish, or anything in between. It's all part of the mystery.

Honestly, yes. I don't believe in ghosts so it's not like I would fear that the past owners would haunt the place.

It would be unsettling to know that people were murdered there but I would quickly get over it once I moved in and made the place my own.

I would totally take it. It would be so awesome to live in a house with such history, my friends would probably be scared to go in. I would love the house even more if it was like one of those Victorian style houses, they are beautiful buildings and have that haunted house feeling to it.
