They got it wrong...
The Ziggo Dome was only finished in June 2012. The last time The Netherlands hosted the MTV EMA's was in 1997 (!!) in Rotterdam.
So about time we got it

I was talking about the country, not that stadium in particular, must also be what MTV meant with "weer".
