Adele has been hiding herself from the world ever since she was preggers, but now that her son is here, she went out for the first time since giving birth last night at the Golden Globes.
And while she was backstage, the 21 star admitted:

But considering that the singer has NO interest in getting a nanny, she's just gonna have to deal with her red-flaky-swollen skin.
Whatevs, pain is definitely worth it when a beautiful child is involved!!
