Charlize Looking Better Than Your Fave Courtside...

And now the actress Charlize Theron is showcasing her latest transformation – after shaving off her trademark blonde locks, right, for her role in the new Mad Max film. The actress is playing Imperator Furiosia in the prequel, Mad Max: Fury Road, which stars Tom Hardy and is due for release next year. Theron, Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson sat court side as the Lakers cruised toward another loss at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Friday night. And Charlize looked completely miserable herself, slouching back in her seat as she perhaps reconsidered spending her night cheering on the ever failing team.
With her mother Gerda by her side, the Young Adult actress kept casual in a denim jacket and black jeans with nude booties.
The famous blonde has also taken to dying her newly cropped hair brown as it had been growing out in a classic shade of salt and pepper.
The South African born actress shaved her hair for her role in the upcoming action reboot Mad Max, and while looking chic with the new trim, was still noticeably growing out a few grey hairs.
As for the actual game, the Lakers were flattened by the Oklahoma City Thunder, defeated by a double-digit margin of 116-101.
This season has been marked by a series of debilitating injuries for its star players. Pau Gasol is suffering from a concussion and Jordan Hill is having hip surgery, and newly acquired Dwight Howard's shoulder problems have kept him on the bench.
But even their most valuable player Kobe Bryant, who announced Friday he's back on with his wife Vanessa, couldn't save the team, making only eight of 23 shot attempts to post a total of 28 personal points.
If the Lakers keep racking up losses (this point they're at 15-21), it'll mark their worst season since 1993-94, where they lost so many games their chance at the play-offs was laughable.
So it's no wonder that Charlize and Adam had such sour faces as they sat court side.
And just hours ahead of Friday's game, Bryant closed a sale on one of his three Orange County mansions -- just before announcing that he's back together with his wife Vanessa.
The pair had first announced their plans to divorce in December 2011, but reconciled several months later and were even spotted together at the London Olympics.
