I've seen a lot of comments lately about GLAAD being on the same level as PETA. In the sense that they are attention seeking, hypercritical (and hypocritical) and generally unnecessary.
I don't know too much about them. Why are people saying such things and in what instances have they been awful?
But even before the Azealia thing people went in on them. I tried to research but I can't see any controversy like how PETA has controversy every other day (by being dumb)
they just seem like bored bitter people just sitting in there dusty office waiting for someone or something to moan about and it does nothing to help gays at all infact it makes people take us even less seriously
To me it just seems like their whole organization is political rather the fighting for the community. We're exploited for their own political agenda basically.
