She looks at least 3 months pregnant, from the side view she looks huge and her chest is much bigger. I'm actually happy Kim found REAL love. I knew she was pregnant a month ago though when I saw a picture of her stomach. Anyways she's beautiful, she always wanted kids. Happy for them. Hopefully Khloe is next.
