Silvy De Bie is a Belgian singer who became famous in the 90's as a child star. In 2000 she re-entered the charts as part of the dance act Sylver, which she still releases new things with. Most famous is the hit "Turn The Tide".

Now she is acting and singing in the Belgian musical production "Peter Pan - The Never Ending Story". She's singing her version of "You Raise Me Up" during the show and it has now been released as a single.
