Which show should I get into first?

Grey's Anatomy. It leads into Private Practice (and if I'm being honest, Grey's is way better anyway)

Bump. I'm trying to start one tonight. Any suggestions?

You can watch Private Practice right after season 3 or 4 of GA I think, right after Dr. Addison Montgomery exits GA and starts her 'private practice.' You'd understand both shows more that way.
