On my 13th birthday and it was Meteora by Linkin Park I spilled chocolate milk on it a couple months after I got it though and because it was a digipack the cover kind of got ruined I still keep it for sentimental reasons though.

My mother wasn't going to spend 10 bucks on a CD for a 6 year old who would listen to it a couple times then get bored with it I had tapes though, I remember having Black and Blue by the Backstreet Boys on cassette tape
Uh, well the first CD I remember being bought specifically for me was Shania Twain's Up! when I was 9, but I always had all of her older CDs + Faith Hill's albums.
