RUMORED Janet Jackson tracklisting and title
This is from a fan site. Its looks fake, so just something to take with a grain of salt for now.
Apparently there's 3 copies in the hands of some big executives in the industry. The only thing leaked was the tracklisting. A lot of the songs have yet to be mastered, and information was kept guarded regarding tracks toward the end. Nothing has been set in stone. Once Virgin gives her the green light, she'll officially stop recording. Recording sessions (through 03 February 05 - 04 January 06) are currently over, but pending in case of conflicts of interest. I was wondering where the JD tracks were, but he released this statement in December to WGCI radio in Chicago...
"She actually is out in LA today working with Kanye on a joint. - She is pretty much done, they are aiming for it to be released first quarter of 06 around April maybe, could be sooner. She pretty much almost done with it. Every song is bannanas, its going be the Janet Jackson everyone knows and loves yall, I promise!"
Will Jermaine be featured on the album too?
"Nah, Im producing with them but I prefer not to be featured on it, just step back and let her do her thing. She's been doing this longer than me, so Janet is a pro. She has this one joint sampling the Jones Girls 'You Gonna Make Me Love Somebody Else' that is crazy. I'm trying to get her to release that as the first single but well see how it goes."
