Would you rather be a singer or an actor? I like acting more but as a singer you'll make A LOT more money and you could be a superstar . Music is everywhere! In your car, at the gym, at the mall etc so more people can know you but not everyone goes to the movies.Actors are mostly known in thier home country and not very international. Which would you rather be? A singer or an actor? or a reality star?
You have more freedom as a singer but I'd rather be an actress. You don't have to work as much as a singer does. Sometimes actors will only film 2 things in one year and that's it and they only have to promote it at the release date. Singers are constantly promoting every single day when they have new stuff out and performing concerts every night and I think it's more grueling. I also think you get more respect as an actor and you don't have as much of an expiration date as singers do. If you're a pop singer and female you'll most likely get tossed to the trash by the time you're 40 but if you're an actress you can act all your life.

Acting. I recently joined theatre + started taking acting classes, it's really fun and something I want to pursue.
I'm not sure if I'll make it to Hollywood though, since I started off late for most famous actors. I'm 16, but most of them have been going at it since the get-go.

No way! you were born yesterday. Halle Berry didn't get her first role till 23! So did Kerry Washington and kate walsh at 27! age is a non issue.
I would love to act in a period piece! like the 50's era and wear a curled hairdo and red lipstick
That sounds really cool. I would want to do a dramadey type film. Or be on a show like weeds. I'm just so fascinated by Acting. I could go on for hours.

They can walk around in the streets without bodyguards, they don't really have to be that conscious of what they say, and they can keep a relatively low profile when they're not working.
