Toni has been in the studio recording 4 new songs for a re-packaging of Libra. These 4 new songs will not be any of the 6 tracks that have recently leaked onto the net. This time around Universal will be taking more control over Toni this time, and Blackground will have to take a sort of back seat, but they will still have a say, but it will be like 50/50 between Blackground and Universal. So far Libra has sold 350,000 copies and has been certified gold for shipments of 500,000 copies.

she had zero promotion for this album. Thats why it didn't sell as much as it probably should have. I didn't buy the album, but I've heard some pretty good reviews of it. Hopefully this time around, more promotional effort would be put into the album

She had some promotion. I know she was on Ellen, 106 & Park, the Tom Joyner show, Good Morning America .. that's more than other artists. This album sold less that "More Than A Woman", and I thte to say it but I think she's done.

This album really is great and I might buy the re-release. I really hope the 2nd try is successful because for this album not to be certified at least Platinum would be a shame. "Please" and "Trippin" went to waste thanks to the asses at Blackground.

Some people really do feel Toni is over and that she is a sellout because her recent music is alot different compared to her debut and "Secrets", which was alot more appealing to AC radio and would fall under the rock/pop catagory alot. I was never really a fan before "Libra" to be honest but "You're Makin' Me High" was always a hot R&B record to me.

This is a great album! But are you sure the re-release is true? Im hoping it is, but it might just be a rumor.

Libra has lots of "We Belong Together"s ,with good show appearences ,good videos and award performances ,we would have seen forums like this having "Mariah Vs. Toni" every second instead of the dumb ones happening here. But She's responsible of this . and because i'm really mad ,im not gonna buy her re-release.But I hope she and other artists learn from this disaster.

She's a mom, what the hell is she supposed to do? Starve them? :-\ To put her own kids aside for a record would make her an awful mom, and the album did great for what little promo it had.

Aaanyways, I didn't buy the first one. I planned to, but never got around to it, but now that it has a re-release, I might if the tracks sound good.

Take This Ring was my least favorite. Way too repetitive and way to reminiscent of One Thing.

Hearing "Thats What Imma Do" 10,000 times in a row is annoying.

Trippin is amazing. I think if it got minimal airplay it would have done SO well after people had started hearing it.

Maybe the song ur talking about is Shadowless? I love that song too. The whole album is amazing imo so im glad shes getting another chance with it and that shes gona be recording more songs for it

Is there a video for Trippin?? Blackground dropped the ball on her fo sho and i'm GLAD that Universal is gonna re-release it and hopefully with the promotion she deserves. Toni's singles have been betta than Mariah and Toni can still SANG unlike Mimi so if a battle does breakout I'm on toni's side 1000%.
