I'm pretty trying to figure out the whole story behind this.. But it seems a remix of one of the Grammy Nominated songs is being sold that sounds very much like Spectrum by Zedd.. It's really messy and it seems it has caught the eye of many EDM artists..

people sue all the time, even if songs sound even remotely similar. if the stems are identical, It would be dumb not sue, especially since the other song got a Grammy nod

Right but Zedd is either hella passive or hella uninformed, because he was saying stuff like "what are you gonna do though?" on Twitter.
If this blows up and Interscope actually tries to do something about it, they might get the Grammy people to pull the nomination since it makes them look horrible to nominate a song that is a complete rip off.

Tbh now that major electronic artists are giving it attention, that means the fans will be in outrage, etc. so hopefully it snowballs into something serious.

The ki of it all is that Al Waser has disabled comments + likes on all forms of the video/song, and apparently doesn't have social media profiles in the first place. Running and hiding like a coward.
