If you're talking about the 'ughhhs' and gasp-type sounds during the second verse, i'm positive they were intentional.

I thought this one was better than the AMA's. And she didn't run out of breath ... she said it in interviews before, she breaths heavily when she dances and performs live so people can't say she was lip-sync.

The vocals were better here than at the AMA's but the stage isn't as beautiful. Still pretty good. I wish she would've displayed these vocals at the AMA's as it would've made it even more perfect.
