For those who can speak dutch:
It happened at my school. So the ICT teacher came into class and was very irritated. She told the class to turn on the computers but one of the students their computer wasn't turning on. She started yelling that he broke the computer, and he started yelling that he didn't do anything. She than shouted "Shut up or else I will hit you!" He was like "Hit me, Hit Me!" and then she did
He held her with one hand and was going to punch her with his other hand but the other guys held him back.
It's been like four days and the teacher hasn't been suspended or even got a warning for hitting a student
