Before ATRL comes in with "mainstream music is was so boring this year", y'all should have used the opportunity to look for new music that wasn't making the Top 40. That's what I did and it was amazing, seriously.
All the big albums were disappointing and there were many sell-outs this year. Also, whenever an attempted murderer releases an album, it doesn't make matters better.

we got some albums that were great (in my opinion) kiss, warrior, night visions, electra heart, red, lotus, take me home, hello my name is, born to die, heal, the midsummer station, chapman square.
im excited for 2013 though because most of my faves are likely to release

Some of the regular pop girls bombed
But it gave some other alt girls time to shine.
Some of you complain that it was the same type of music all year
But i thnk the diversity has greatly expanded from 2010-2011 where there was only room for the most famous acts.
That being said 2010 is still the best :P
2010's wig remains intact though.
