So I was cruising through the Destiny's Child forums, when I came across this very interesing article. And in it (as displayed above) Chilli has some very interesting choice words for Destiny's Child. And I mean, I found myself getting
EXTREMELY angry reading this. I am, as most of you may or may not know, a HUGE DC fan, and when I read this, I got really upset!
First off, Chilli says how
Bills Bills Bills is a blatent copy of
No Scrubs.
STOP..... THINK ABOUT IT
If I'm not mistaken (and believe me I'm not)
Bills Bills Bills was released before
No Scrubs. Therefore, if anyone were copying, it would have been TLC. Either way, the two songs sound nothing alike, and have ABSOLUTELY nothing in common. Aside from the fact that Kelly says the word 'scrub' during the bridge of
Bills Bills Bills, and even still,
No Scubs was released afterward. So that whole comment has no validation whatsoever!
Second, Chilli has the nerve to say that DC sold 10 million copies with
TWOTW working hard, while TLC sold 9 million copies with CSC doing nothing!
STOP.... THINK ABOUT IT
Chilli is OBVIOUSLY speaking through jealousy. What Chilli needs to realize is that TLC already had their time to shine. Now it's DC's turn. Her comments just
SCREAM bitterness. She is jealous of the fact that DC sold more, she is jealous of the fact that DC is now getting more recognition than TLC, she is just FLAT OUT jealous!
DC has
NEVER attacked TLC, or any other artist for that matter, personally. And in fact, DC has said numorous times before that they did look up to DC. So for Chilli to just go and blow out of the mouth like this is EXTREMELY disrespectful. She portrayed herself as an envious bitch. And with this article, I have lost every once of respect that I have ever had for her. Not T-Boz, or Left Eye, just Chilli. And I for one am glad that Usher cheated on her!
