Many may moan about the tough 10 p.m. broadcast network time period losing ratings to time-shifted viewing, but a high-profile, heavily marketed beautiful model-laden runway can change those TV dynamics -- at least for one night.
"The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show," now an early annual December event, pulled in a big Nielsen 3.5 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic and 9.3 million viewers Tuesday night -- easily the best-rated show at 10 p.m. and of the night overall. The downside? The big model show was down 24% from a year ago.
