There will be a committee of 25 members who can say if they wish to join below and together they will all be Private Messaged a list of categories and they will need to pick a shortlist of films they believe should be nominated. Then once I have set the deadline for the films I will calculate what films have had enough votes from the committee members to be nominated. THEN the rest of ATRL will have a chance to vote from the list of nominees what should win and come early 2013 the winners will all be announced!
