Has a friend of yours ever stabbed you in the back?


The biggest backstab I've had I've posted so many times on the internet that I'm not even going to type out the full thing. Basically, my two best friends had an "intervention" where they told me everything that was wrong about me, how I was a bitch etc, which was ironic because I just took one of them to the Monster Ball the week before.

There was another time when I was hanging out with one of those girls and she left to go to the bathroom or something. She left her phone so I read through her messages (I do this a lot with my friends ). I read this conversation with her mom and my friend was saying how she was going to try and get me to come out of the closet her mom put some sense into her by telling her that I'd do it when I was ready. It's funny because when people ask if I'm gay (I'm bi) it only makes me trust them less.

So my friendship with these two girls is basically nonexistent. I miss our group of friends but they pretty much ruined it. Every once in a while they'll say how they want us to be close again but I put in the effort and they never give anything back. I'm lucky that I have so many different groups of friends because otherwise life would suck.

Another one was from another one of my close friends in like 7th grade. She wanted to know who I liked/who I'd date and I didn't want to tell her. She promised she wouldn't tell anyone so I finally told her. The next day, I walked into class and she was already telling my best girl friend (different than the ones in the first story) that I liked her that ruined my friendship with that girl but for some reason, me and the girl who told everyone are still friends. I guess I was able to forgive her because she was going through bad times back then but it still ****ed over a great friendship that I wanted to turn into a relationship at some point.


So yeah I have some serious trust issues now I can't wait to leave this crappy town, nearly everyone is two faced. Luckily I've been able to retain some great relationships over the years too

Yes, recently someone on another forum stabbed me in the back. But it's all good, Karma'll bite their ass soon enough... it always does...

If you've attended high school then you would've been backstabbed at least once..

Yes I have and hopefully karma will come get them later in life..

At least her mom talked her out of it, but I'm sure she had no malice in her intentions.

Yeah. Probably around twice. It taught me not to trust people so easily, so I guess it was good that I was back stabbed.

Yes. But as I grow older, I recognize the fake from the real and make sure it never happens again. Backstabbing hurts like hell.

Yes, several times. I think that's the reason why I can't keep a friend and mostly anti-social. I just can't trust people anymore.

Not yet. But I'm worried it could happen with my best girl friend or my current girlfriend if something were to ever happen with our relationships..
