Wikipedia doesn't have to mean it's BS but there is a possibility since it's written by just about anyone. Sometimes, it's very credible and other times, not so much.

Anyway, I'm assuming they'd have a new cover for Original Doll that'd somehow show her body more so if not at least her face. If this is really the cover, I like the idea.

wikipedia is an open encyclopedia. meaning ANYONE can write/add/edit articles on there.

Yes, so it can be just as valid as fake. Really depends on who wrote it and how many true resources they have.

Wikipedia has some great information on it, it's not all bad/incorrect and it probably depends on the section as well. Something like this which is celebrity related and about upcoming things is more likely to be untrue unless backed up for official sources in comparison to other sections which are very academic with some interesting articles.
