KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas is the big shindig that happened THIS WEEKEND at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. The show had a webcast (like all the KROQ shows prior), so if you haven't joined in on the greatness that is an KROQ webcast, you should've made this the show to do so.
The concert is over. If you saw either or both nights, please post your thoughts in the thread. Here were the bands that played:

Rise Against-didn't get into the beginning of their set due to technical problems with the webcast, but they were pretty good. besides "Swing Life Away" and "Give It All" most of the stuff kinda sounded the same
Avenged Sevenfold- surprised how great it was. Probably the biggest theatrical show of all the bands. very awesome solos, and during Bat Country having strippers on poles was great.
Thrice-Pretty good set. "Stare At The Sun"(*_*) with acoustic guitar, and strings was really awesome, and having Chino from the Deftones coming in to sing on "Red Sky" was awesome.
Fall Out Boy-my least fav set of the night. It was pretty good, but just nothing really stood out.
Korn-this is where the show started to pick up. They were in top form playing quite a few new songs, plus some of the Korn classics. best performance was probably their cover of "Another Brick In The Wall/Goodbye Cruel World"
nine inch nails-The best set of the night. playing for an Hour, 4 minutes they completely owned the stage going through such great songs like "Head Like A Hole","Wish", "March Of The Pigs", "Closer", and new songs like "You Know Where You Are?", and "Only". highlight of their set was "Hurt" which was a massive sing-along.
System Of A Down-longest KROQ set I have ever seen at 1 hour, 36 minutes. Playing every single minus "Spiders", and tons of album tracks they gave you your money's worth(except for the fact that it's a webcast, and it's free but yeah). The band was also easily the funniest out of every band, with each member looking like they were drunk/high, and both Serj and Daren singing in very high voices.
ranking them:
1.nine inch nails
2.System Of A Down
3.Korn
4.Avenged Sevenfold
5.Thrice
6.Rise Against
7.Fall Out Boy

The only artists I'd wanna see over Death Cab would be NIN, Coldplay and maybe SOAD and Jack Johnson.
