Is cultural Shock Important?
Is Cultural Shock important for a singer career and relevance or only number one songs/albums are important? Madonna mastered both and then some.

impact
or shock value?
EDIT: Nvm, cultural impact is crucial if you want longevity and relevance. It certainly doesn't have to be as big as Madonna's, but it has to exist.
