do you panic/get worried/wonder when the person doesn't accept the friend request within a short period of time? Some people take forever to accept my requests and I wonder why they didn't already.
Yes because Facebook has lately been banning me from send requests from people. It's been two months since that last happened to me, but when I send friend requests to people I know, I want them to accept them ASAP.
The thing is I use to get really bitter about it before and then 8 months later they would accept People who do not follow back on Twitter annoy me even worse especially when you talk to them waaaay more than 75% of the people in the following list

But to answer your question, no. When I still use Facebook, I usually get the friend requests and I leave them pending (depends if I like the person or not).
