This is simply not true. Madonna is without a doubt the most creative out of ALL of these women. Just look at what she has done over the last 30 years, what she has accomplished (particularly for women in pop music and sexual boundaries), not to mention the music she has put out over the years. If Gaga was more creative than Madonna she would not have based her entire image around Madonna's career.
If you want to see creativity, go look at the Erotica era, or the Like A Prayer era, or the Ray of Light era, or the Music era... I could go on and on. It's annoying when teenagers completely dismiss Madonna because they didn't like Hard Candy or MDNA and haven't listened to anything else. Go watch interviews of Madonna from back in the 90s when she was constantly facing criticism by the media and fending for herself in aggressive interviews because she was pushing boundaries, emancipating women and allowing freedom of EXPRESSION for women in the music industry. The only reason people were so angry at Madonna and thought that her ideas were unacceptable was because no other woman had done it in pop music before. She was opening doors.
What has Gaga done?
