If anything, I'm gonna take the EW review as sly trolling, its author expecting it's audience to get that they're lowering the bar quite drastically for someone of Pitbull's er..caliber. If anything, I think that's worse.
If he was held up to well...anyone else's standards he's get an F-, IMO.
