I'm sure she still has some make up on now, it's just not like painted on to stand out much like other artists have and so one probably could not tell from selective choosing of color and the lightness of make up applied. In comparison to those that apply mass amounts with non-complimenting colors, she does appear to not have make up on but I mean just because one cannot notice, does not mean that she has no make up on or has not had any on recently. I guess it could be a compliment to her if you really think she never wears make up so she must be putting it on right, or rather her make up artist must be.

yes obviously she has some makeup but not exagerated makeup....she doesnt use that anymore.

Still what she puts on her face is NOTHING...u can see in making the video i think...she putting some...makeup...brush thing...whatever name is on her face...but its like nothing, probably makeup for the camera light and stuff.

I'm not bitching about it, i'm sorry if I'm coming off that way, it's just that everyone is so caught up in it and it just makes me wonder. I do understand what you are saying but I just had to clear it up seeing it seems some people may actually think she has no make up at all recently. Anyways, that's all, sorry again for coming off as if I was bitching about it. I really am not, since I do not hate her at all and I do think she looks better with less or no make up on.

IMO Shakira looked better with more striking make up and hair, what she is doing now is wearing make up to look 'natural' or without make up e.g. with things like skin enhancers and matt finishes as well as neutrals on the eyes and lips. Fair enough. For me that's always been abit of a contradiction, wearing make up to look as if you're not wearing any or to look 'normal' seems pointless but at the same time it is ok for just enhancing/highlighting what is there without much notice. I don't mind either but I prefer more colour in make up and that's because I see it more artistically for expression and moods. I think, even though she looks ok, definitely not bad, she doesn't look special anymore, more like 'the girl/lady' next door idea.

Through her career she has worn more stand out types of make up (abit less when she had red hair I think), and now it seems she's matching it with her hair. Interesting and I wonder how long it lasts til the next look.
