I don't care who it is or what they say, stanning (even having just a favorite artist(s), much like me) always clouds your judgement. It's nearly impossible to hold a 100% objective view of artists when you have that sort of idea fixated in your head.

Nope. I can still easily drag Tiziano whenever he does something I don't like.
I don't stan for cheapness, I stan for real deals. I don't stan for King Bub for no reason. I justify my stanning with hard core sales. Likewise with Mariah.
A little bit, yes. But that's for every stan. For the most part though, no. I'm a Christina stan and I can admit that her performance on The Voice recently was a hot ass mess.
