Discussion: A question for High School students...

I bet y'all thought this was gonna be some kind of serious question.

What colleges are you looking at? First choice? Second choice? Etc. Major? Minor? Do you even want to go?

I want to go to college, but I'm just afraid of growing up and dealing with adult life and realities so I just HATE even thinking about being 18.

BUT, New York University is my first choice. Columbia University is my second choice. Anywhere in NYC, preferably Manhattan. Music/Recording Arts/Music Business. Dance/ as a minor I guess.

No college for me. With my new found free time, I will be working on becoming sexy and then after that I will hitch hike my way to L.A., find a record producer, get him to produce me a record (with sexual favors if I have to), and then watch as I become a global phenomenon.

From what I know only diie hard/ or "rich" study students make it into that. I don't think anyone who goes on ATRL is a die hard study student.

This is a serious question though, Clark.

At any rate, I'm not entirely sure but I'm aiming for a university in New York at the very least. I have my target set and my hand is just awaiting my command to fire towards that bullseye.

Planning on enlisting in the military in the meantime and scout for fields I can study in to ensure that I get a position in the FBI.

I'm a Sophomore but when it's time to choose, my first choice will be New York University for Vocal Music(Maybe Tisch), 2nd will be UNC Chapel Hill, 3rd will be Appalachian State, and I'll have to come up with more. I REALLY don't want to go to college in state.

I'm going for art; major I'm putting down on apps is graphic design, although I'm pretty sure that'll change.

Tyler School of Art, Temple University
School of the Art Institute of Chicago
Cooper Union (Lolz if I got in of course I would go, being realistic and having it third, more than anything want to experience the home test!)
Drexel University
Cleveland institute of Art
Marywood University

And debating applying to RISD.
