Understandable tbh. It's a luxury hotel. If she was alone with J Lo at some point, she could ask for it. But ringing a bell to try to get an autograph is a no no. Besides the complaint was probably filed by assistants, not J Lo herself who is likely unaware of the whole situation

That's not a great excuse for even reporting the maid to her superiors. The maid probably got the memo that J.Lo wasn't here for her. She was wrong about it but creating a fuzz over an autograph costed her a job and her J.Lo stan card to boot is a bigger mistake. I mean, J.Lo has still money and would still probably have a next stint when she got fired by Idol while those people (her fan of all people) who gets fired over a simple lapse of judgment has to find a job for their family and theirselves so they could pay for their food, water, telephone and electric bills and rent. I find it morally wrong, tbh. SMH J.lo.

It's true though that you're not supposed to disturb the customers. Harsh, but policy is policy. You did pay the hotel for security and privacy. If she really wanted the autograph she should've waited outside the door or waited for her in the hallway.
