In 2008, South Park impressed many by offering an episode, “About Last Night...”, that involved Barack Obama winning the presidency - one night after the election actually occurred. South Park episodes are made quickly, but still... it was one night later!

Four years later, South Park is again going to offer a new episode the night after the election. And in typical Matt and Trey style, they’re raising eyebrows before it even airs, thanks to the episode title (chosen well before election night) – “Obama Wins!”
In Wednesday night’s episode, Cartman is hiding something in his bedroom that could change the outcome of the entire election. While Americans innocently plan to go to sleep Tuesday night with the election results counted and a winner announced, Cartman has secretly wrestled control of the Presidential election from the voters.
