Britney Spears' ex-manager Sam Lufti has claimed that the singer's dad attacked him, following a violent threat made via text.
Lutfi is on the stand in his defamation case against Britney and her family and, in an unpredicted move, has asked the judge for permission to use the text message as evidence in the trial.
According to Lutfi, the text - from Britney's dad - is decidedly threatening in tone:
"If and when I met u one thing is going to happen I am going to jail and u r going to the hospital."
The judge has not decided whether or not the jury will be allowed to see the text, but Sam Lufti continued to explain that Poppa Spears made good on his threat, chasing him around a kitchen, punching him and threatening his life.
We guess we'll have to wait and see what happens as the story develops.

ATRL is not the real world. You automatically think that every star is innocent and EVERYONE who accuses them of something are lying and false.
Celebrities and their families are people, capable of making mistakes. I don't agree with what Sam is accused of doing but it doesn't give her Dad to go around beating on him.
This is a lawsuit, so like Rbautz said, every aspect is important and no one is guilty till proven.
