Katy Perry & Usher to perform in Dubai!
Katy Perry and Usher will perform live at Meydan racecourse in Dubai as part of the World Parachuting Championships closing ceremony.
The event will take place at Meydan Racecourse on Saturday December 8. Tickets, starting at Dhs450, will go on sale here at noon on Monday October 3
