Well if she was in her hometown and just wanted to rest the people should of let her be, and when she said oh God they shouldn't of bothered her anymore.

I think it's disrespectful on both parts, tbh.

The mother who knew that Avril - whom was entering a drug store - clearly wasn't in the mood to be bombarded with fans and she was clearly going about her business and the mother disregarded that by approaching her in a drug store.

Yet Avril's reaction is also disrespectful, she could've respectfully said she wasn't in the mood or right state of mind to deal with fans right now, but could've thanked them for supporting her or something.

It was two little kids though.

That was rude, from what I read the mother tried to be as respectful as possible, Avril wasn't having it.

As the mother said, all Avril had to do was say hello or thanks and smile. I'm sure it was easier to do than say oh god and come across as a bitch to people who support her. Not like they started asking her to sing/wanted pictures. It was a simple hello.
