Ask Men has just released their annual “Top 49 Most Influential Men” of 2012 and Frank Ocean was ranked #8! The list features all sorts of individuals including James Bond who was ranked #1 this year. More then 500,000 Ask Men readers voted along with Staff to determine the Top 49 list.
