Katy stopped promoting the TD era since the start of August, that's two months ago now. She has taken a break. She's also not Rihanna, who will call upon a dozen of writing camps to write 12 songs for her in a week.
That said, if Katy works at lightspeed again, we all could bask in the glory of her next record by February.
