I think it's pretty obvious that people in here (except for brazilians and some latin people) don't know Ivete Sangalo. This post is mostly because of Shakira, and I'm sure she's not a "WHO" for you, right?
But to make it clear: Ivete Sangalo is one of the (if not THE) biggest FEMALE singers in Brazil. Her discography is amazing, and so is her voice, but I think her sound is not appealing for americans. Maybe her ballads, which are all amazing, but since they're all in portuguese, I find it hard for you guys to like it.
