Out of the four mentioned in the title ''Cuz'', it's less annoying.

@ some people think shortening a word on the internet decides what class you are, how intellectual you are, your personality, and so on. Maybe I don't have the f*cking energy to type the full word, its Twitter/Facebook/Texting. Who gives a sh*t? Cos I sure don't

that's why the apostrophe is there, it replaces the first syllable.
