“Wish You Were Here” is a song recorded by Australian singer-songwriter Delta Goodrem. The track is the third official single taken from her fourth studio album “Child of the Universe” that’s is scheduled for release on 26 October. The single is set for release on October 12. The track written by herself is an emotional tribute to her close friend Liam O’Flaherty who passed away aged 24 in a motorbike accident in 2009. The beautiful track is the follow up to the album’s lead single “Sitting on Top of the World” which became Delta’s first multi-platinum certified single since 2003′s “Predictable” when it charted at #2 in Australia earlier this year and the second single “Dancing with a Broken Heart“.
