Not to knock anyone who prefers Frank completely, but I know some people are voting Frank because they are more familiar with him and not Miguel. You do better asking this question on a Hip Hop board or board that doesn't skew towards just top 40 music and pop culture.

I actually don't find them so easily comparable as ATRL makes it. But I'd say Frank has a little more edge on me right now, with Channel Orange being better than Miguel's debut. But I have a feeling Miguel's sophomore will put him in the forefront for me again, really feeling the previews. This has nothing to do with ATRL/pop culture though.
