i don't think you get my point. how are they putting an unreleased song on an ep and uploading it to itunes or wherever? that's not legal unless lana gave them permission.

edit: oh are you saying it's not gonna be on the ep? the desc said lana EP so it makes it sound like it?

They are not releasing them on iTunes or getting money of it... And they always ask to use the songs to the artists and label...

I'm not so in juristic, but they made it with Adele too, you can get the download for free, like a mixtape.

They are very professional( then, I pursuit their twitter and they get the sleeve design from Tokyo) , I ask myself how get they money for a living?

ep makes it sound like it's going to be released professionally & i HIGHLY doubt any label would give them approval to use an UNRELEASED song. i deal with labels all day long
