According to recent reports Nicki Minaj told her one time collaborator and friend Rihanna to "sit the f**k down" when Ri tried to congratulate her for her Best Female Video win!
The tense moment was allegedly caught by Trishelle Cannatella, who is star of The Real World and was at the event.
She took to Twitter.com to reveal, "OMG #VMAs inside scoop. Nicki Minaj just told Rihanna to 'sit the f**k down' when she tried to hug her!!! Love it!!!"
This latest development comes after Ri was allegedly filmed at the event saying "I hate those assholes" when Drake and Lil Wayne took to the stage to collect their award for best Hip Hop video.
