The Notebook vs Atonement
Both of these movies are based off books and have similar plots, but:
Which one is better overall?
Which one appeals more to the general public?
Which one do you personally like the most?

Atonement was a more polished production overall but Ryan Gosling + Rachel McAdams >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Atonement is better in every single way. It's perfection. The score, the acting, the cinematography, the plot. Flawless.

The Notebook made me cry. The other one looks boring.

I don't like being biased in my threads, but I have to agree with Atonement that movie is
the production, the acting, everything.

Atonement was horrible. Horrible as in sad, but amazing nonetheless.

I thought the ending was going to be perfect and sort of happy like the Notebook, but that f*cking plot twist jesus I bawled.

The Notebook. I cried when Allie couldn't remember Noah.

Atonement was amazing.
I didn't like The Notebook. I didn't watch more than 20 minutes of it. It just wasn't for me.

I love both...maybe Atonement. I loved the first half of the movie most
The ending was so tragic.
But the end of The Notebook is also heartbreaking when she can't remember him & he's like 'My baby'
