Yeah NeoGAF is the only one I know of. Maybe SomethingAwful? Their gaming subforum is pretty big.

Really, the only forum I'd recommend would be NeoGAF. And as far as a "Paid email" is concerned, you can always use a school account, IIRC. Could be wrong about that, though.
