I see people who have 1,000+ followers and their tweets aren't even that interesting...I was wondering what are some of the ways you guys gain followers? The only one I know is "teamfollowback", but that is REALLY tacky. So share.

A lot of people just retweet stupid post asking for followers. I hate those post that say "RT this and you'll be one of 10 people to get a shout out" they do this constantly and they never shout those people out
