This video comes from the end of their US tour, and in what is some impressive/creepy work it was actually filmed through a spy hole at a hotel. Someone is in their own hotel room, watching Zayn out in the hallway and filming his every move.
Zayn is seen standing in the hallway of a hotel, chatting to a blonde girl and arguing with a big security guy. The girl is told to leave, which doesn't make Zayn happy.
Zayn yells after her, "Listen, wait about half an hour and come to my room. These old... go to sleep in half an hour."
He then seems to be a bit worried about her being underage and asks, "I wanna know how old you are."
The video finishes with Zayn saying, "Looks like we're gonna be out here all night."
Did the girl come back to his room? We don't know. There is no conclusion to the clip.
This is old video -- according to fans it has been floating around for a little while. But it has gone absolutely crazy since it was posted on diffdickevrynight.tumblr.com. We can't embed the video here, so you'll just have to imagine it or track it down yourself.
Maybe it's all innocent? That girl could have just been going to hang out, play scrabble, monopoly, watch TV, listen to music, chat about life...
It seems like this was filmed during their US Up All Night tour.. when Zayn was dating Perrie!? We'll leave that up to you to draw your own conclusions.

If he was fooling around with other girls whilst he was in a relationship with whoever that is you're talking about then it's cheating and that's nothing justifiable, tbh.
