The cop seemed so please to be writing his Ferarri up, but when his ass got run over he was pressed as hell. Boy mad he ain't never affording one

I saw a Ferrari once downtown and this cop passed by and he quickly tried to write the car a ticket because it was parked in a place that he wasn't suppose to, but there were so many other cars and the cop just seem pressed He literally got off his bicycle and quickly wrote it.

In the video, the owner of the car came back and usually when they come back the cop stops writing and warns them for next time. I see it all the time - someone parks outside, grabs a starbucks, comes out two minute later and there's a cop. Cop warns them, both leave clean. But this cop was being so pressed, when he got back into the car and ignored the owner, he placed his foot right in front where he KNEW it was going to get run over. Probably wanted to file a lawsuit and get his money.

That was so unnecessary of the cop.

There is a few things wrong in this...

In the first place, why does he parks where he isn't supposed to.

Second, why is he trying to leave when there is a COP writing your damn car plates!

Third why is the stupid cop putting his foot under the car. He isn't superman he will not stop him.

And lastly why is everyone walking by stops and records the whole scene with their phone? And the police doesnt say anything

Look at the car behind his, there was no ticket. Of course he wants to write up the most luxurious car, makes himself feel better.

Writing his plates? The plate is behind the car. It looks like he just started to write the ticket. He could have easily stopped it when the owner arrived.

Some of you need to chill out. His car was there because that's the valet parking for the hotel. The valet attendant had just parked the car there and the boyfriend was retrieving it. The officer had no right to give him a ticket because he was parked in the hotel's spot and his car was supposed to be there.

Spoiled brat should be glad the cops didn't beat his ass as they do to many less deserving New Yorkers.

Why was he trying to drive off? And he should've got outta the car the first time he was asked. I'm always on the opposing side of cops because I hate them so much (with a particular brand of hate for NY's Finest), but he was acting above the law.

This idiot turned a simple parking ticket into an arrest and possible felony charges. Even if nothing happens to him on that end, the court fees he will have to pay will come out to more than the ticket would have ever cost him.

I don't feel bad for this kind of morons, he must have so much money yet he makes an issue out of this, I'm just happy he will have to spend even more money now plus the embarrasment Youtube brings.

Uh, obviously. You said the cop was writing his plates, but it's clear in the video that he just started to write up a ticket, and he didn't write the plate yet since the plate is the back of the car and he was in front of it.
