Circus was at 3.5 million at the end of 2009 when it was at 1.5 million in the US. As of 2011 the album has sold 1.7 million in the US so it has probably sold around 3.8-4 million by now.

And the answer is No, The TTT era is over and the album is barely at 3 million and selling poorly so......
