Rihanna to perform at Palladia's Outdoor Week 2012

Billboard reports that Rihanna, Elton John and others will perform for Palladia's fifth-annual Outdoor Week, which covers festivals around the world.

The eight-day event will include 24-hour coverage of outdoor festivals beginning August 27. Each night will have a new premiere, starting with the Hangover Festival in Alabama, which features performances from Dave Matthews Band, Wilco and Alabama Shakes.

The event wraps up on Labor Day (September 3) with Lovebox 2012, featuring Chaka Khan, Lana Del Rey, Chic, Hot Chip and more.
