The one Asian women's weightlifting (?) team looked similar, too. I was half asleep and was like "Oooh these boys are kinda cute" until I noticed slight breast.
It's like they find one family, work the living **** out of them from the day they're born and send them off to the Olympics. This applies to all countries.
